| A truly unique Clematis, 'Radar Love' begins blooming in just 4 months from seed! The 3-inch flowers of canary-yellow arise very abundantly on 8-foot vines, surrounded by fresh, bright green foliage. And after the blooms pass, 'Radar Love' sports attractive seedheads that are also lovely in dried arrangements! Clematis is easy to grow in a rich, porous, alkaline soil with plenty of room for the roots to spread. Best performance is when the tops are in full sunlight and the roots are shaded, so apply a generous mulch or a shallow-rooted groundcover near the base of the vine. 'Radar Love' is a Group III Clematis for pruning purposes, which means that in early spring you should cut back the vine to just above the base of last year's stems (usually about a foot from the ground). Pkt is 25 seeds. |
