120 days. Garden Sorrel is one of the best pot herbs, with a tangy, even slightly sour bite. Nutritious and palate-cleansing at once, it is a gourmet herb every garden deserves.

Reaching 16 to 24 inches high and 15 to 18 inches wide, this plant sports large, arrow-shaped leaves that can be picked individually from spring through fall. High in oxalic acid, it thrives in full sun to part shade and deep, rich soil. Great for containers, too! Zones 3-9. Pkt is 100 seeds.
