The Sweetest, Most Tender and Juicy Carrot We've Ever Grown!
One bite of this Nantes-Imperator type will convince even a child that carrots are a scrumptious treat!
68 days. Carrot lovers, this is the one you've always dreamed of . . . carrot haters, Tendersnax is out to change your mind and delight your taste buds! An ultra-sweet, ultra-juicy, ultra-tender variety, it is the tastiest we?ve ever grown. And we know that just one bite will convince you to plant it in your vegetable patch.

These 5- to 6-inch-long orange carrots are straight, barely tapering to a blunt tip. Tendersnax is a Nantes-Imperator type, bred in Germany and exceptionally disease-resistant. But there?s really only one reason to grow it ? that amazing flavor!

Tendersnax is equally suited to raw or cooked eating, and makes a fine juicing carrot. Our preferred method is raw, straight from the ground and warmed by the sun! But if you don't have the opportunity to gobble this carrot down as quickly as you'd like, don't worry ? it won't lose a bit of its flavor or texture if it has to wait a bit after harvest.

We're convinced that Tendersnax is about to become your carrot of choice. It's a great first variety for a child to grow, and the shorter size of its roots make it ideal for heavy or clay soils in which long, slender carrots tend to become misshapen. It even works for deep containers! Grow just one packet this season, and we know you'll be carving out more garden space for the carrots next season!
