Tour our theme gardens, hear our professional horticulturists speak on exciting gardening topics, and see over 1,500 exciting new varieties of annuals, perennials, vegetables, trees, and shrubs being tested in our famous Trial Gardens! If you live in or are visiting the Southeast, you owe it to yourself to see what all the fuss is about! Fun for all ages -- bring the whole family and don't forget your camera! We'll have food, drinks, and ice cream available for purchase on site. Come early for the best selection of our plant, bulb, and seed sale in our Garden Center!
Founded in 1868, Park Seed Co. has provided generations of American gardeners with the seeds, plants, bulbs, supplies, and know-how to help them succeed in their gardening endeavors. Acquiring Wayside Gardens in 1975 further expanded Park Seed's ability to provide gardeners the newest, most unusual plants from around the world. Every year, as part of the South Carolina Festival of Flowers, Park Seed headquarters in Greenwood, SC opens its 9-acre Trial Gardens to the public on Flower Day.
