The Best for Big, Beautiful Bouquets!
Very fragrant and sporting 7 solid and bicolor combinations, this long-stemmed mix is superb for long-lasting cutflowers.
It's a whole new day for Sweet Peas, thanks to this intensely-fragrant, large-flowered, richly colored mix from Australia! These long-stemmed blooms sport upper petals ("standards") of darker hues, lower petals ("falls") of lighter shades, and a rich medley of colors, including bicolors. Perfect for cutting, they are soon to be the focal point of your home as well as your sunny garden! This mix contains 7 colors: violet, lilac, lavender, maroon, red, rose, and pink. Some are solids with different hues of the same color dividing standards and falls, while others are showy bicolors. All are magnificently fragrant, with that delightful Sweet Pea scent -- fresh, enticing, but never cloying. And they arise profusely in spring on vining plants 5 feet tall. Set up some trellises or bean teepees and grow a huge line of multicolor, so you will have plenty of Melodies™ for cutting AND for garden pleasure! We have Australian breeder Keith Hammelt to thank for this beautiful new series, which will probably become your all-time favorite for cutting. Try combining it with white-streaked Streamer for the perfect blend of jewel tones and pastels! Packet is 50 seeds.
