September Sun is a variety of Actinidia kolomikta, also known as the arctic beauty kiwi or variegated kiwi vine. Cold hardy and vigorous, this vine can withstand temperatures as low as minus 40°F and can reach a mature height of 15 to 20 feet. It is also a fast grower, bearing fruit just 1 to 2 years after planting. Ideal for arbors, trellises, fences, screens, or walls, this vine adds a touch of beauty to any garden.

For fruitful results, ensure cross-pollination between a male and female plant. Pair the September Sun with a Pasha™ male Arctic beauty for pollination. One male plant can pollinate up to eight female kiwis.

For best results, grow your kiwi vine in a sunny to partly shady spot with average, medium moist, well-drained soil. The September Sun Arctic Beauty prefers a bit of shade but too much shade can diminish the vibrancy of its foliage.
