Description / E3 Easy Wave® Rose Morn Petunia Seeds
Improved varieties, often called the "Extra Easy Wave," E3 Easy Wave® petunias are practically perfect. Tender perennials (Zones 10-11), typically grown as annuals, they have a uniform and manageable mounded, spreading habit, growing 6 to 12 inches tall and 25 to 32 inches wide; and they are early, heavy, and long blooming, setting masses of flowers non-stop from spring throughout summer. Petunia E3 Easy Wave® Rose Morn has a well-branched, dense, and slightly more upright habit. Its blossoms are rose pink with a white center and yellow eye.
A Petunia x hybrida variety, commonly called spreading petunia, E3 Easy Wave Rose Morn creates lavish cascades of blooms that drape elegantly from containers, window boxes, and hanging baskets for eye-catching displays. But E3 Easy Wave Rose Morn also makes great edging or ground cover in garden beds and borders. Petunias are great companion plants for the vegetable garden too, as they repel asparagus beetles, leafhoppers, a range of aphids, tomato worms, and many other pests.
Extremely easy to grow, E3 Easy Wave Rose Morn petunias grow best in sunny spots with average, medium moist, well-draining soil. Although petunias are low maintenance, deadheading regularly encourages and prolongs flowering.
Direct sow E3 Easy Wave Rose Morn petunia seed after the last frost and as soon as the soil is warm in spring or start seeds indoors 10 to 12 weeks before the last frost and transplant after all threat of frost has passed.

This seed comes as a pellet. Pelleted seeds are small seeds that have been clay-coated to make them larger and more uniform in size and shape, making them easier to handle when planting.
