One of the most spectacular of all Louisiana Iris hybrids, Jack Attack wows with big, ruffled blooms of rich purple with heavy red undertones. The outer petals are a darker shade of royal violet, while the inner cluster sports deep red. Bright gold eyelashes highlight the entire flower, signaling to butterflies to come feast upon the nectar within. A stunning addition to the sunny garden or vase!

These blooms appear in late spring or early summer, depending upon how far north they are grown. A native perennial, Louisiana Iris grows readily in any moist to damp soil, including poorly draining areas. As such, it is a godsend to gardeners with trouble spots where few plants are happy!
