Mint Seeds

Mint is an easy-to-grow perennial herb primarily used for flavorings and garnishes. There are many kinds of mint, peppermint (dark green leaves with a reddish stem and lavender blooms) and spearmint (lighter green, pointed leaves and pink flowers) being the most common, although there are others like apple and pineapple mint. 

Mint grows 2 to 3 feet tall, thrives in containers, and spreads readily in the garden. Their scent is released when brushed against or bruised, and they impart a refreshing flavor to iced drinks, sauces, veggies, and lamb.
