Zucchini Plant Seeds

The flowers have their own lush, rugged beauty, too.  The most delicious way to eat zucchini is to pick the immature fruit and lightly steam or sauté it to bring out the flavor. Zucchini is at its peak of flavor and texture when it is 6 to 8 inches long: the mature fruit can grow very large, but will become fibrous. Zucchini is delicious all on its own, with a somewhat "meaty" flavor and texture, and it is also a great way to add a fresh flavor to dishes like Fajitas or Ratatouille.
