'Cherry Pie' features large, rich cherry red blooms. The blooms are fresh, unique, and fun. This variety is part of the American Pie® Dianthus series, specially bred varieties for especially large flowers. They grow on strong stems and come with a heady, spicy scent. It'll bloom all over a neat, tidy plant, and continue flowering from early summer to early fall. Butterflies and other beneficial pollinators will be especially pleased. Freshens up borders, containers and rock gardens, plus deer tend not to go for it because of that fragrance.
