What is Park's Perks

Park’s Perks is our new loyalty rewards program that lets you earn points for shopping, celebrating a birthday, leaving reviews, following us on social, and more.

How do I join & earn points?

Simply create a Park Seed account to join Park’s Perks. Once enrolled, you can earn points through purchases, birthdays, social follows, and more.

How many points do I earn when I shop?

You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you have enough points, you can redeem them for available rewards through your Park’s Perks account.

Where can I see my points balance?

Log in to your Park Seed account and open Park’s Perks to view your current point balance and available rewards.

When will my points appear?

Points are typically added after an eligible activity or purchase is completed. Some activities may take a little longer to appear.

Can I earn points on past purchases?

This is a good one to include, especially at launch. You’ll want to clearly state whether purchases made before joining count.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points expire in 1 year if you don't use them.
