Petunia Picotee Velvet is a member of the Allegra seriesthe first petunias with 100 percent double blooms. A grandiflora type, Picotee Velvet blooms from late spring to early fall, setting large bicolor blooms with ruffled petals. Borne atop strong stems, the flowers have a sophisticated air and are perfect for cutting, providing gorgeous, romantic bouquets all summer long.
Petunia Allegra Picotee Velvet has an upright, branching habit and can be trained on a trellis or other support. It's perfect for containers or garden beds.
Plant Allegra Picotee Velvet in a sunny to lightly shady spot with average, medium moist, freely draining soil. Petunias tolerate poor soils and resist disease and pests.
