Description / Jiffystrips® Windowsill Greenhouse
What a clever little space-saver this mini-greenhouse is. It includes 20 1¾-inch peat pots, joined at the top, in a plastic watering tray with a removable clear plastic cover on top. Narrow enough to fit even on today's smaller windowsills, it's a great way to get a head start on the garden without using up valuable counter space.
Each of these peat pots is bio-degradable, so at transplant time you just separate them from one another and plant the entire pot into the soil. Over time the pot breaks down, but even before it does, the plant's roots will grow through the sides and out the bottom. Very neatand no thinning of seedlings or pricking out tiny shoots to transplant.
The tray and dome can be reused several times, and do a good job keeping heat and humidity in, in case your window is drafty.
Start your garden the easy way with Jiffystrips Windowsill Greenhouse.
Dimensions: 21 inch length x 4.25 inch wide x approx. 6 inch height (with clear top).
