A Bloomin' Easy® variety, Buddleia Blueberry Pie™ is a flowering deciduous shrub offering 3 seasons of interest, blooming and reblooming throughout summer. Borne on long, willowy stems, the large flower spikes, dense with purple-blue blooms, have a natural meadow look. A Buddleia hybrid, commonly called butterfly bush, Blueberry Pie is a colorful shrub with a compact, mounding habit and vigorous growth. If allowed, butterfly bush will self-seed, so consider placement carefully. It is a perfect specimen, container, or mixed bed plant but is shown to best effect massed or grouped.
