Whether it's a seed, shrub, tree, or perennial, if it doesn't grow or doesn't meet your expectations, we’ll work with you to make it right. That may mean a replacement or credit, depending on the situation.

Refund Policy

We guarantee all Park Seed products to be high quality, true to type, shipped properly, and to perform as advertised. If your plant has received our recommended care and doesn't perform to your satisfaction, notify us and we will replace it free of charge or provide the cost of the product as credit toward a future purchase.

If any product was damaged in shipping or dead upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours from receipt. Please keep all contents and packaging.

To ensure that each living product has adequate opportunity to perform, we've established the following guidelines for reporting other problems:

Purchase Season: Anytime

Guarantee Window/Conditions: Contact us within 6 months from delivery

Product Type: Roses/Perennials/Trees/Shrubs/Spring-blooming Bulbs

Purchase Season: Purchased in Fall

Guarantee Window/Conditions: Contact by May 30 of the following year

Product Type: Roses/Perennials/Trees/Shrubs/Bulbs

Purchase Season: Purchased in Spring

Guarantee Window/Conditions: Contact within 90 days from delivery

Product Type: Annual Plants

Purchase Season: Anytime

Guarantee Window/Conditions: Contact within 14 days from delivery

Product Type: Non-plant Products (tools, accessories)

Purchase Season: Anytime

Guarantee Window/Conditions: Contact Customer Service within 60 days (Note: non-defective returns incur a 20% restocking fee + freight)

 

We guarantee the quality of our seeds and plants when they arrive, but can’t cover issues caused by extreme weather, neglect, or planting outside recommended hardiness zones.

Terms and Conditions

  • All returns must include order #, customer's name and address.
  • Sale items will only be issued a merchandise credit for purchase price.
  • By placing an order you are accepting these terms.
  • Photos may be required on a situational basis.

Substitutions: If the item of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standard of quality, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Charge cards are billed at time of shipment. Receipt of your check authorizes Park Seed to process an ACH debit entry to your account for the amount of your check. The transaction will appear on your bank statement. If we cannot post the transaction electronically, you authorize us to present an image copy of your check for payment. Hard goods ship promptly. Live plants are shipped at the proper planting time for your region. Please see our website for the current shipping schedule.

Typographical errors: Although every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, errors in price, quantity, and/or specifications may occur in printing. We reserve the right to correct such errors.
