The light green foliage buds in spring, topped by white blooms in late spring to summer and followed by dark purple berries until autumn. This low-growing, non-suckering dwarf Yellowtwig is highly adaptable and much more tolerant of limey soils than other Dogwoods. Grown in zones 4 to 7, Cornus Arctic Sun® is hardy to -35 degrees F. With fibrous roots, this hedge is easy to transplant and establish in the garden, and its maintenance is minimal other than an annual trim of its showy stems.
