Description / Moondance Floribunda Rose

A highly popular, award-winning floribunda rose, as ethereal and lovely as its name suggests, Moondance flowers heavily in continuous waves over a long season, from late spring to late fall. Its pointed ovoid buds unfurl in huge sprays of large, creamy white high-centered blooms with about 25 to 30 petals. The flowers have a sweet, subtle, raspberry fragrance. Borne on 14- to 18-inch stems, they are ideal for cutting. Just one snip makes a lovely bouquet.

Moondance is a tall bush that grows vigorously and has an upright, well-branched habit of very glossy, dark green foliage. Remarkably trouble free, it is disease and mildew resistant and heat and humidity tolerant. Floribunda roses are versatile and work well in landscapes, garden beds, borders, or hedges.

NOTE: Tree and patio roses are hardy to Zone 6 regardless of the rose variety grafted to their tops.

What a Dancer
Review by Rosie O'the hills
Love this rose. A late bloomer, it stayed in bloom almost constantly in the dreadful heat of the Texas Hill Country. Beautiful blooms, enchanting fragrance. I'm giving this rose as Christmas gifts to everyone I know who loves while roses.
