Great for baby greens as well as full-sized leaves, Wild Rocket Speedy is ready in just a month from sowing, always tastes terrific, and is easy to grow practically year-round! Wild Rocket Speedy sports narrow, lobed leaves of bright green, nicely serrated and very tangy. Pick them as young as you like for gourmet baby greens, or let them mature. The flavor is full and satisfying, with a nutty edge to the peppery bite.
This plant reaches about 8 inches high and slightly wider, good for containers and small spaces in the cool-season veggie garden. Direct-sow it in earliest spring, making successive sowings each week or two weeks to give you the longest possible harvest. In hot climates, it works even better as a fall and winter crop.
