Here it is, the container shrub you've been looking for! 'Happiness' is a dwarf Wintercreeper that greets spring with fresh golden leaves and keeps its neat, rounded, cushion-like habit. What a joy it would be in pairs flanking a walkway or marching up the steps!

'Happiness's' evergreen leaves begin a glowing gold tone, really standing out nicely among the previous year's solid green foliage. As spring turns to summer, the new leaves acquire green tones. Just 2 feet high and about half as wide, this carefree shrub makes a big impact without taking up much space.

'Happiness' is tolerant of a wide range of soil qualities and is exceptionally easy to maintain. Diseases don't bother it, and its faithful show of color is great for brightening any sunny to partially shaded garden spot in your garden or patio. And if you need to prune it (probably not, but just in case), do so in summer, after the leaves are finished changing.
