Enjoy peacock-blue blooms for months on this fully hardy, heat- and drought-tolerant Geranium! Unlike annual Pelargoniums, this is the real thing: a perennial plant tough enough to take your roughest weather and keep on blooming, year after year.
The 2-inch blooms are cup-shaped and upturned, maximizing their color display from midsummer into fall. And the neat, compact plants are wonderful for the border, edging, or even ground cover!
Just 15 to 18 inches tall and about 18 to 24 inches wide, Johnson's Blue is trouble free and always elegant, with fresh green, finely divided foliage providing lovely color before and after the flowers, as well as framing the blooms beautifully over their long season.
Plant this perennial light to medium soil in any sunny location. Not fussy about soil type, it blooms most of the season in cool-summer areas, and is splendidly hardy. Zones 4-8.
