Description / Harmony Double Mix Anemone Seeds

Harmony is the most popular anemone for American gardens, and this double-flowered mix takes the beauty to a new level. Now you can enjoy 5 colors (two of which are not available separately) of big, striking blooms on super-compact plants for spring and fall.

Harmony Double Mix contains scarlet, blue, orchid, pearl, and white blooms, 3 to 3½ inches wide on average, set at the end of sturdy stems that make excellent cut-flowers. This plant is only 12 inches high in full bloom, and seldom exceeds 8 inches wide. Yet the flowers are large and very abundant two seasons a year.

This windflower is at its best in early spring and again in early fall. It keeps the bulbs company, offering bright color at a time when many other perennials are just getting started or have finished their yearly show. You will love Harmony in containers of all kinds, as well as in garden beds. Overplant your tulips with these blooms and extend the season of color by weeks in spring.

This perennial thrives in part shade and rich soil that is kept watered and mulched. It flowers in spring and fall, keeping the earliest spring bulbs company and also greeting the cool-season autumn annuals and vegetables. Pamper it to encourage even heavier bloom, and it will reward you many times over.

patience is required with this one. From seed to flower, was 2-3 years. But they deliver as promised once they flower

I decided to try growing from seeds this year and had heard good things about Park Seed. Boy was I disappointed! I got the BioDome, the fertilizer and seaweed, purchased grow lights - the whole nine yards and from about 30 seed packets, only ended up with about a dozen viable seedlings! I contacted them about a refund and THEY HAVE ONE OF THE WORST GUARANTEES of any of the online plant/seed companies! I was told they would do NOTHING because I waited more than 6 months to contact them. Well....having received the seeds in November, planted the earlierst in Februray and transplanting outside in mid-June, that means I would've had to contact them in May...before I could even plant anything outdoors! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PARK SEED AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND YOU DON'T EITHER. IF YOU DO, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THEIR HORRIBLE GUARANTEE POLICY!

I was eager to grow anemones from seed, but unfortunately nothing sprouted. Such a disappointment!
