Very Pleased! 0 people found this helpfulI started these Mediterranean white vinca seeds in the dark on a heat mat under a humidity dome and have a 60% germ rate. Look how healthy my seedlings are 7 weeks later! I had great success last year with Park Seed vinca as well. Will be purchasing again!
