Easy refund after issues

These 2 bare-root plants arrived in very poor condition. One was definitely dead and withered on arrival, the second looked more viable but not healthy. I planted both in good potting soil and kept mildly watered. The second put out 3-4 little leaves and then died. Parks support offered a very simple refund process.
