Whether you need a new base for your Double Bio Dome or simply want an all-purpose, ultra-sturdy tray to house your seed-starting pots and flats, Park's Double Bio Dome Tray is the answer. This very heavy-duty plastic tray has steep sides, a wide top lip to accommodate a dome or plastic wrap, and a watertight base to serve as a reservoir for water and liquid fertilizer. It's just what you need to keep your seedlings healthy and growing their best.
Measuring 20½ inches long, 16½ inches wide, and 3½ inches high, the Double Bio Dome Tray is the ideal size to hold 2 Bio Dome planting blocks—either the 60-cell, the 40, or the 18. (Regardless of the number of sponges in each block, the overall size of the block is the same.) It's also just right for several medium or small Perma-Nest trays and for numerous square and/or round Jiffy Pots. And it's the perfect place for all your Park's One-Steps (Jiffy-7s).
And its usefulness extends beyond seed-starting and seedling growth. This bottom tray serves as a great place to set annual plants that arrive in Elle Pots or plugs with drainage holes in the base. Set them into the tray, water them well, and let them acclimatize (harden off) in a shady place in your garden. They will be ready to transplant in a day or two, thoroughly watered, rested, and re-energized.
During the winter, this sturdy tray makes a good home for potted plants that you bring indoors. Simply remove their saucers and set them into the tray, then water and feed the entire tray at once. A handy size to set beneath plant grow lights, too.

Fantastic germination ratesI'm germinating dahlia seeds and they notoriously have lower termination rates. With this system I am at 99% germ which is very exciting! I recommend this seed starting system for everyone who wants to ensure seeds germinate without alot of fuss.

Best Tray EverI use this sturdy deep tray for holding misc seedlings in all different kinds of temporary pots. It is good for transporting many smaller pots inside or outside, too. Love it!!

Bio domeI ordered and have been using the bio dome around ten years ago.i love it, and have used it with great success with many different types of flowers. I definitely recommend it. My problem is I had to move a couple times in the last two years, and somehow the tray got lost,but I don't see it as being replaceable. Is it possible to get just the tray replaced?

screwed up my orderLast year I was sent seed for flowers and basil that never grew above 1.5 inches Decided I would give a try agin in 2023 season . I ordered 2 60 cell bio domes and received the incorrect seed starter inserts. This type has 45 normal cell holes and 60 minute 1/4" cell holes. I expected 60 normal cell holes.

LeaksGot 4 and they all leaked. Terrible waste of money and seeds. Not to mention the moldy carpet and ruined table surfaces. Absolutely a disaster. I see from the reviews I'm not the only person ripped off by a terrible product.

Leaks HorriblyI wanted to love this tray, but what started as (I assume) a slow leak started dumping water all over the table and floor a couple hours later. Very, very disappointed...especially for this price.

Quality constructionI'm so pleased with this tray! It's heavy weight, and I can fill it with water and walk it across the room without having it buckle like a cheap tray from a big box store. Well worth the price.

Great tray.I think this is the best tray I've used. I had been using metal and they rusted so I have replaced all of the metal trays.

I Really like the sturdiness of this tray - BUT. . . .I Really like the sturdiness of this tray, I bought one last year and liked it so much that I planned to buy a couple more for this coning year's seedlings, ANTHOUGH - last year the price was $7.95 - so with the new price now being $10.95 - I think I'll pass . . . .I am VERY Disappointed with this 38% increase****
