A new twist on an old favorite, this fragrant Phlox flips 'Peppermint Twist's design with white petals bearing bold magenta stripes. The flowers cluster together and its upright habit makes 'Twister' a prime choice for cut flower arrangements. Native to the Netherlands, this reliable and compact specimen boasts good resistance to mildew and blooms all throughout the summer season. You will not be the only one who loves these multicolored blooms, butterflies and hummingbirds will flock to them. Pollinators will fill your landscape with even more color and life. It flourishes in full sun and does best in soil that is fertile, moist and well drained. This compact but strong plant bears good mildew resistance as well.     I was really looking forward to seeing this plant bloom, but it was dead when I received it and it never produced even one green sprout. I was really disappointed.
