Pole Bean Growing Tower
Description / Pole Bean Growing Tower
MADE IN USA
Great for pole beans, annual vines, or any twining plant. This sturdy, long-lasting galvanized tower is the easiest and most space-saving method we know to show off lots of vegetation in very little space.
Simply sink the stake at the bottom of the tower into the ground, string the cotton cord (included) from the top to the bottom loops, and plant. You can grow 12 or more pole beans in less than 5 square feet, or design a striking tower of flowers with one or more varieties of vine twining up the sides and overflowing with blooms at the top of this 5-foot structure. At the end of the season, just snip the cord and toss it, along with the vines, onto the compost heapit's completely biodegradable.
The Bean Tower comes with 70 feet of cord to get you started. It's that easy.
NOTE: Always use caution when handling metal towers as some edges may be sharp

A tiny gardens dream! 0 people found this helpfulI just purchased my towers this growing season and my pole beans are crawling up them beautifully. My garden space is very limited and these towers are perfect for tiny spaces but big yields. No harvest for me yet but, I certainly look forward to pulling beans off my towers and maybe some cukes in my next growing season. Love them!

Gardening made easier! 0 people found this helpfulOh my! I needed this bean tower years ago. Easy to assemble. Takes away the back breaking and bending over to pick beans especially for those of us who are getting older. I will have to get more for cucumbers too! Definitely a great purchase!

Very Good Product 0 people found this helpfulI have three and gave my sister two for her birthday. They really save space in my kitchen garden and are very sturdy. I also use with the soil inoculum and get high yields, enough to can for winter. We sometimes have very high winds up on our ridge which can knock over the bean towers. I dug a hole in the bed, buried a PVC pipe and inserted the tower pole into it. No more problems.

LOVE IT 0 people found this helpfulWE LOVE THIS PRODUCT. HAVE BOUGHT 3 SO FAR, 2 FOR POLE BEANS (SECHELLES) AND 1 FOR SUGAR SNAP PEAS. WORKS GREAT. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE ARE HAVING IS GETTING THE RIGHT ROPE OR TWINE. THE ONE THAT COMES WITH IT WORKS GREAT BUT IS DESIGNED FOR 1 SEASON. CANNOT FIND THE SAME TWINE LOCALLY, SO TRYING BINDER TWINE INSTEAD. IT IS WORKING, BUT ALSO TENDS TO BREAK, SO STILL STRUGGLING A BIT TO FIGURE THIS OUT. WE ARE DEBATING ON TWISTED WIRE, BUT WORRY THE VINES WILL NOT CLIMB SUCCESSFULLY. NOT SURE AT THIS POINT, BUT WOULD LOVE INPUT FROM ANYONE.

Will last Forever 0 people found this helpfulI bought this pole about 20 years ago from Parks, and I'm still using it. It's great for climbing veggies and flowers. This year, I may spray it a bright yellow with Rustoleum just to make it pop with color. I love it!

I've been using Park's bean towers for 17 years - need more! 0 people found this helpfulI purchased 3 bean towers from Park's Seeds in 2002 and have used them every summer since then. They still work fine -- they just need new twine each year, but no other maintenance. I keep wishing I had more, so this year I'm treating myself to 2 new bean towers. Highly recommended!
