Description / Profusion Full Mix Zinnia Seeds

From the moment they debuted, the Profusion Zinnias astonished gardeners and won awards both here and in Europe. Each new color was greeted with kudos, fully living up to the high standards of the series. Well, now you can get every single-flowered Profusion color on the market—and in a very economical mix.

Profusion is a landscaping zinnia, with a very bushy, well-branched, healthy habit that looks great all season long. The flowers are about 2 inches wide, with bright petals and the ability to stand up to everything from August droughts to repeated late-afternoon thunderstorms. They don't mind extreme heat, they sneer at humidity, and unlike most other zinnias, they are very resistant to mildew. At last, a zinnia equally suited to the humid southeast and rainy Pacific northwest—not to mention everywhere in between.

These bushy plants, 14 to 18 inches high and 20 to 24 inches wide, are simply smothered nonstop all season with cheerful daisy-formed blooms. This mix brings you all the single Profusions, from the original yellow and orange to white, apricot, coral pink, fire, and cherry. Ideal for large plantings, they fill in the available space brilliantly, and just keep going no matter what.

Profusion begins blooming just 2 months after direct sowing into the sunny garden. It's carefree and very tough, standing up to just about any abuse Mother Nature dishes out. We are proud to give Profusion our highest recommendation for garden-worthiness.

Zinnias are one of the easiest annuals to grow, and attract butterflies to the garden. They are the perfect cut flower—the more you cut, the more you get. They thrive in the sun and heat of summer, and ask only for well-drained soil. Space the plants generously to prevent overcrowding.

Outstanding performer! 1 people found this helpful

I’ve grown these for over a decade and they never let me down. Prolific bloomer, fabulous lasting colors, disease free, easy to grow. What more can be asked of? I’ve tried the Zahara series as well, they also perform well, but here in the south they tend to get mildew late in the season.

Great flower easy to grow 0 people found this helpful

I love this flower. It is large enough to give a big impact, but small enough that it stays neat and attractive all season. Great easy flower to grow just about anywhere. I will grow this again next year.
