Punica 'Eversweet' Pomegranate

Punica 'Eversweet' Pomegranate is a deciduous shrub or petite tree celebrated for its decorative appeal and delectable fruits. Its glossy green leaves beautifully frame the vibrant orange-red flowers that bloom from midsummer to early autumn. Following the floral display, the plant yields pomegranates, comparable in size to an orange, ripe and ready for harvest from late summer to fall.

The pomegranates have the typical red outer skin but stand out for their clear, non-staining juice sacs inside, which are almost seedless. As the name implies, the fruits offer a sweet taste even when not fully mature.
