The Mars is not growing at all, horrible customer support 0 people found this helpfulThe Reliance is growing great at 2 feet on its second year, the Mars is just a miserable 1 inch stick out of the ground still and has never grown at all. I called for a replacement and horrible customer service, refused a replacement. It’s not good business to state you offer a guarantee and then when you call to use it they don’t honor it. I asked to speak with a horticulturalist for some suggestions since I’m using Park Seeds fertilizer for my grapes too see if I should be doing something different, no one available to speak with me. I have to say this is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time, Santiago was ZERO HELP. I’ve purchased at least $1,000 worth of stuff from here in the past 2 years, clearly I need to find another vendor. I heard Springhill is great!!
