Standard Net Easy Tunnel

Description / Standard Net Easy Tunnel
At last, gardeners in warm, dry, or rainy climates have the perfect "portable greenhouse" to carry tender plants through rough weather. An idea whose time has come, this all-in-1 polyethylene Standard Net Easy Tunnel means no more fiddling around with steel hoops, yards and yards of loose row cover, anchors, ties, and all the rest of it. Just set one end of this telescoping Easy Tunnel into place, then unfold it over your rows of veggies or flowers. You can water; sunlight gets in; pests and rough weather stay out.
Standard Net Easy Tunnel extends 9.8 feet long, 18 inches wide, and 12 inches high, this UV-stabilized, high density 5mm polypropylene mesh is heavyweight and durable enough to last season after season, yet porous enough to admit enough light and air to keep plants healthy without subjecting them to the full impact of the elements. It's a balancing act that Haxnicksa British companyhas mastered perfectly.
Galvanized steel hoops fixed onto the netting sink into the soil at spaced intervals, anchoring the Easy Tunnel in place. Easy to manipulate, the hoops are strong enough to withstand very severe rain and wind.
Both ends of the Easy Tunnel feature drawstrings that can be pulled tight for more protection, left open for more air circulation, or even tied to another Haxnicks tunnel to protect a longer row.
The Standard Net Easy Tunnel helps retain moisture and air circulation while keeping out all the features that destroy your crops, from rabbits and deer to carrot flies and aphids, not to mention scorching summer heat. You can water right over it; the droplets will penetrate perfectly. And its so easy to use, because it's all one piece: you just unfold it over your crop during the season, then pull it up and fold it flat when not in use. The dark green color blends perfectly with the garden, too.
The Standard Net Easy Tunnel is part of a seasonal series of protective cloches that cover just the areas that need a little extra protection in the garden. It's suitable for late winter, spring, summer, or fall, but is really designed for summer and fall, when scorching sunlight can cause your plants to wilt and delay you from setting out transplants of fall veggies. The Net Easy Tunnel keeps the worst sunlight out, enabling plants to withstand heat waves, periods of drought, and months of summer weather. It also enables you to sow seeds and set out transplants of fall vegetables and annuals, extending your cool season by up to a month.
For frosty spring weather, you might also appreciate our Standard Poly Easy Tunnel. And for a basic all-around protective tunnel, the Standard Fleece Easy Tunnel is ideal, offering both cold and heat protection.
And the best part is the portability. Squash bugs eating the zucchini? Move the Easy Tunnel to that row and keep them out. A midsummer heat wave making your newly-transplanted cool-season seedlings droop? Cover 'em with the Easy tunnel and watch them perk right up and grow their best. Those summer late-afternoon thunderstorms just a little too much for your dahlias? Keep every bloom pristine with the Easy Tunnel.
We estimate that using the Standard Net Easy Tunnel in summer and fall will extend the bloom strength of most flowering plants, not to mention enabling you to set out your cool-season veggies earlier (thus harvesting sooner and enabling you to make it all the way to ripening for those late-fall varieties). By keeping out rough weather and destructive pests, guarding against scorch, and prolonging the warmth of the fall garden, it's almost like getting another whole growing season in your garden. Get yours today, and begin growing quicker, bigger, better crops this very season.

High Quality product, much admired by my garden acquaintances! 0 people found this helpfulThis tunnel fits precisely in my stand up garden lettuce, spinach mainly. I have rabbits and squirrels along with other 'passerbys' and plenty of bird variety. This way I can enjoy my berries too! Great quality product I was looking for. Ever so grateful in middle NC

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that the Standard Net Easy Tunnel is fitting your garden setup perfectly—and even more so that it’s helping protect your lettuce, spinach, and berries from curious critters and feathered visitors.
It’s wonderful to know it’s making a difference in your garden in middle NC.

Just what I needed 0 people found this helpfulLiving in Iowa we get a lot of wind and intense sun…this works perfectly in my raised bed. Love that you can water through it and lift up single sections to peek at plants underneath…the stakes are very sturdy in the soil and I had no issues with the 50mph gusts we had last week. My only issue is that I’m not sure it will keep out tiny pests but that’s not a deal breaker…and I wish it were a little wider because my bed is 30” wide so I had to run two of them…but everyone’s beds are different so no biggie. I’m looking into buying the frost ones for next year so I can get things out earlier next year!

Thanks so much for the great feedback! We're thrilled to hear the Standard Net Easy Tunnel held its ground—even against those Iowa winds (50 mph gusts? That’s serious tunnel toughness!). The fact that it stood strong and still lets you water and peek in with ease makes us so happy.
You're right—it's a fantastic option for sun and wind protection, and while it may not block the tiniest of pests, it's definitely a great start. And we totally hear you on the width—garden beds come in all shapes and sizes, so using two to cover your 30” makes perfect sense.
We’re excited you’re already thinking ahead with the frost protection tunnels too—they’re perfect for stretching the season. Thanks again for growing with us—we can’t wait to hear how your early planting goes next year! ???????? -
Exactly what I needed 1 people found this helpfulI planted a row of little Weigela along my patio and my very playful dogs kept breaking them off. I covered them with three of these net tunnels and now they are finally able to get and keep lots of new growth. They were just what I needed to protect my little plants and let the rain through at the same time.

Easy to set up 0 people found this helpfulI bought this to help in the war with a bunny eating my garden. It did not work well for that. He appeared to sneak inside and still ate beans. I gave it 4 stars because I think it will work great this fall for protection if we get an early frost.
