Fiji™ Eleganza® Hybrid Tea Rose

Eleganza® roses combine classic hybrid tea blooms with the modern disease resistance of easy-care shrub roses. They offer stunningly beautiful blossoms, glossy green foliage and a generous bloom cycle.

Fiji™ is an extremely floriferous, robust, and highly disease-resistant rose with crenate petals in a stunning shade of cherry pink. The 4-inch, slightly fragrant blooms arise in flushes throughout the season, appearing in clusters all over the 4-foot-high and 3-foot-wide plant, absolutely covering the healthy, dark green, slightly glossy foliage with amazing color.

Fiji™ has demonstrated extremely high resistance to both blackspot and mildew, making it an even more appealing garden addition. And its manageable size means it's a wonderful rose for the front of the border or in patio containers, where you'll be able to easily admire its beauty and snip a few blooms for your vases.

Prune in spring, removing old canes and dead or damaged wood and cutting back canes that cross each other. In warmer climates, the remaining canes can be cut back by one third. You'll probably have to prune a bit more in colder climates, where it will also benefit from winter protection. Apply a controlled release fertilizer in early spring. Plant in moist, well-drained soil in full sun.
