Retro Seed Starting Kit with LED Light Collection Includes:

All you add is seeds, an outlet for the lights and heat mat, and water to rehydrate the Jiffy disks. We recommend leaving the LED light on for 18 hours a day while you are growing seedlings, to simulate high-summer conditions in the garden.
The light stand measures 23 inches high, 26 inches long, and 12 inches deep. It comes with an adjustable chain, so you can hang the light as close to or far away from your plants as needed, within the 23-inch height of the stand.
The seed-starting tray and dome together reach 22 inches wide by 11 inches high, while the heat mat is 19½ inches long by 9 inches deep.
This is a comfortable size for a tabletop, counter, or even the top of the fridge (that time-honored position for seed starting). As your plants grow, you can remove the humidity dome and adjust the lights as you wish, ensuring that you get just the right amount. It's a custom greenhouse in miniature.

A deal! 0 people found this helpfulThis seed starting kit is a real bargain. The full spectrum grow lights are the perfect size for the tray and stand. The cover for the tray is substantial. It took me a while to figure out how to put the stand together so that it would stand up, but once I did, I found it be be sturdy. And all the extras it came with make it an even better deal. For someone just starting out growing from seed this is perfect. I am experienced growing from seed, but I bought it because I have limited space. Very pleased I bought it.

Great set! 0 people found this helpfulThis is a greater set! It has everything you need to get started or expand your seed starting set up. It has everything you need (except the seeds). Order a few packs of seeds and some fertilizer and you’ll be good to go.

5 years later & I still love it! 0 people found this helpfulThis kit gave me everything i needed to start my own veggie garden seeds inside, so I have sturdy heirloom seedlings in plenty of time for planting outdoors. Such a joy to get into Spring gardening mode way before Spring arrives here in Michigan. I particularly liked that i did not have to go all over trying to find the various pieces needed to get started because this kit provides everything: heat mat, grow lights stand, and a very sturdy mini greenhouse, unlike the flimsy sets sold at garden centers every Spring. The hefty tray makes it easy for me to carry my seedlings out to my covered porch for hardening off. I bought mine 5 years ago and it still looks like new! Perfect for a small garden! Love it!

Instructions 0 people found this helpfulThe instructions are horrible! My husband and I have been working on the assembly for over an hour and still not done. The one sheet of assembly instructions is useless. The bolts to hold the plastic ties together are too short and the nuts given are horrible. We found some longer bolts, washers and nuts that did work. Instructions tell you to refer to the diagram, which is so dark in color you can’t see what is being talked about. Very dissatisfied with the product and disappointed in myself that I paid $159 for something not worth more than $75.
