For years, gardeners have told us how much they enjoy the 24-inch Tabletop Plant Light, and have asked us to carry the same product in a larger size. Well, we have found it at last—a 52-inch version of the same efficient grow light that you've used to start your seeds, overwinter your tropicals, and generally help your garden grow for all these years.
The simple stand and wide-spectrum fluorescent lights (under a white cover) are completely mobile, for quick and easy set-up wherever you like. The metal stand permits the light hood to adjust to varying heights, providing optimal levels of light for emerging seedlings, rooting cuttings, or mature plants. An ideal growing environment is provided by wide-spectrum fluorescent lighting, which distributes the reds and yellows of the spectrum more widely. Just plug the Tabletop Plant Light into any standard outlet and start growing.

It uses four 40-watt plant light tubes (T12's).

52 inch Tabletop Plant Light 1 people found this helpfulI love it. I have two of the 24 inch models, love 'em, and this model is just as great. I am used it with the biodomes and trays and it is doing a fantastic job of getting germinated seedlings ready for transplant. I had no trouble setting it up even by myself--my trick to adjusting the height is to support the center of the hood underneath with one hand while I adjust the wingnuts one side at a time to raise or lower it.It is so great for enabling me to start more plants at a time, and will be great for other uses such as overwintering a few potted plants or microgreens, etc.I would buy it again in a heart beat. The only problem I had with it is that for some reason it balked when I added a thermostat to the large heating mat I placed under the trays-- the two middle light tubes refused to function until I removed the thermostat from the set up, and then the lights worked again--not the fault of the plant light, or so I assume.

Great Grow Light! 0 people found this helpfulThis light really is amazing! This is my first year growing my own seedlings and they have grown very successfully under this light. Very easy to set up and adjust. It is huge and bright, the light quality doesn't even compare with my other lights. I have the light on a 6 foot fold-out table and it takes more than 3/4 of the table. Fits four plant trays plus there is room to put a few more individual pots fully under the lights. The light is even bright enough to place a few pots around the outside and the plants seem to be getting adequate light. I will be buying another for next year! Worth every penny.
