Brad Addy is the heart behind the thriving greenhouses of JPPA, serving as the esteemed Greenhouse and Quality Control Manager for Jackson & Perkins, Park Seed, and Wayside Gardens since 2018. With a degree in Biology from Erskine College and a master’s degree in science specializing in Plant and Environmental Sciences from Clemson University, Brad brings a wealth of knowledge and an insatiable passion for plant care to our community.

His education at Clemson University was enhanced by invaluable work in the Plant and Pest Diagnostic Clinic, diagnosing plant health issues for both commercial and personal growers. This experience honed his expertise in identifying and solving complex plant problems, making him the leader of our plant care philosophy.

Beyond the greenhouses, Brad thrives on feedback and interactions with the gardening community. Nothing brings him more joy than hearing about the success and growth of plants that started under his care. Whether it's through direct communication or responding to submitted inquiries, Brad is always eager to share his expert opinions and diagnoses, fostering a deeper connection with fellow gardening customers.

As the manager of our care team and front-end production, Brad ensures the health and quality of our plants company wide.
